Currency:  All amounts are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and pricing includes GST (10%).   All transactions are completed in Australian dollars.  The international conversion rate varies in regards to the current stock exchange rate and is determined by your card issuer.  Some card issuers may also charge a conversion fee.  International orders are exempt from GST but may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country that the goods are delivered to.  These taxes and duties are the responsibilty of the purchaser.  To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as ‘dutiable’ merchandise.  We are also prohibited as marking the item as a ‘gift’, even if this is the intention that the purchase was made for.


Payment Options: Cool Ribbons uses PayPal to accept payments.  PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and bank account payments.  If you require a different type of payment method that is not offered by PayPal please contact us at sales@coolribbons.com.au to make alternative arrangements.


Returns: If merchandise is considered faulty or damaged Cool Ribbons must be contacted within 14 days to be notified of the issue.  Replacement items will be sent once the original items have been returned by post.  No extra postage charges will occur.Being a fully customised product, printed ribbons cannot  be returned for a refund.


Security:  Any personal information that you provide to us for the intention of purchasing merchandise will be protected by our secure server.  We may use this information to notify you of upcoming specials in relation to Cool Ribbon Products.  We will not sell or trade your information to a third party organisation or individual except for third party suppliers in the process of supplying your order.  When supplying your information through the this shop you are consenting to information collection by Cool Ribbons.
